We are now providing Small Group Ministry at TFH Campus locations in Vacaville and Napa. We will not be providing Small Group in-home ministry going forward.
This page provides information about TFH Prophetic Ministry for your small group or ministry team.
We will keep you apprised as to the status of your request and may contact you if we require additional information.
We typically minister over a maximum of 10 individuals or 10 couples at a time and limit the ministry to group members only. If your group is larger than 10 individuals or 10 couples, we'll split the session and assign multiple prophetic teams to minister over the group. Please don't invite family or friends to observe. If you have been assigned a ministry date and have changes to the number of group members, it's important to let us know right away so we can make any necesssary adjustments.
We will typically minister over a group no more than once a year unless that group has rotating group members (Intimate Encounters, Shelter from the Storm, Celebrate Recovery, Pre-Marriage groups (SYMBIS), Healthy Boundaries, etc.)
Atmosphere is an important element of prophetic ministry and we encourage that groups spend some time fasting and in prayer before their ministry time. Encourage among your group members an atmosphere that invites and honors the Holy Spirit.
Our team policy is to not minister to individuals outside of a group setting. We encourage those who are wanting personal ministry to utilize the prayer resources available at the end of each service.
Only pastors, small group leaders or team leaders may request prophetic ministry.

When submitting a request for prophetic ministry, be mindful that we need time to evaluate your request and to assemble a team. To see if the date you want is available, click the Calendar icon below. Our Team Calendar will show if the date is reserved. We typically don't schedule two ministry teams on the same day.

Presently, ministry is conducted on Saturday mornings on dates allocated to us by TFH staff. We will do our best to provide ministry for your group as close to your requested date as possible. If you have submitted a ministry request form, we will contact you to advise of assignment or request additional information. Click HERE to access our team calendar. If you choose a date that has been assigned already, we may be able to fit you in if your group size works with the assigned group's size.
Only pastors or team leaders may request prophetic ministry.
This type of ministry is usually done at the TFH Facilities on Thursday evenings after Pursuit Night.
Because of the time and effort it takes to process ministry requests for large groups and missions teams requests, we ask that you process your request at least a month in advance of the scheduled ministry date. You will need to use TFH resources for the ministry and it is the group leader's responsibility to ensure that a TFH room is available and scheduled for use prior to the ministry. If we do not have confirmed location prior to the date of the ministry, it may result in cancellation.
